Use and accounts

Using MyceliaNotes means you accept these terms. You must be at least 13, use the service lawfully and protect your sign-in information.

Accounts use email or Google. Do not impersonate others; report any suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Content and ownership

Your notes and files belong to you. When you enable sync, you allow us to store and transmit content to provide the service; you remain responsible for that content.

The app belongs to its developer. Do not copy, modify or distribute it without permission.

Subscriptions and advertising

Subscriptions are paid for and managed through Google Play. They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next period. We do not access your card information.

The free version may show ads; paid subscriptions remove ads.

Prohibited conduct

Do not distribute unlawful content, gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service or violate others’ rights. Do not reverse engineer, extract source code, or use bots or automated scripts to access the service.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is and may experience interruptions or errors. Export a backup of important notes.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages. Total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Account termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations or harm to the service. You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account; data is deleted according to the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

Continuing to use the service after these terms are updated means you accept the new version.

Vietnamese law applies; disputes are resolved by competent courts in Vietnam.
